You will need to provide us with the following information, which may be forwarded to the alleged infringer:

Identification of the copyrighted image on the KeenImages website that you claim has been infringed, such as a URL where the image is displayed or Image ID number;
Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
A clear statement by you about why you believe that the disputed image is not authorized to be displayed and allowed for sale at KeenImages by legal copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of an owner of any exclusive right that is allegedly infringed by the materials referenced in your notice.

In order to prevent content owners and our customers from fraudulent claims of infringement, it is our current policy to require the items mentioned above in order to initiate the process of copyright verification.
